It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that due to break in service from 01.04.1987 to 30.04.1987 claim of the petitioner for grant of due benefit under ACP scheme is not being considered.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4208 of 2016(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 Petitioner's counsel submits that he would be approaching the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (respondent no.2) claiming regularization of the said period of absence by supporting his claim in this respect with cogent material.

If the same is filed within four weeks from today, respondent no.2 shall take final decision by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

Writ petition is disposed off.
