Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 56 of 2017 arising out of Dharhara P.S. Case No. 40 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on 04.10.2017, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected with liberty to renew his prayer after three months, as contained in Annexure-1 series of the petition. Now, three months have already been elapsed and petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2016. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
