2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 376, 315, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner sexually exploited informant on false assurance of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim (informant) is major and she is consenting party. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 25 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is specific and

The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has reiterated the fact regarding sexual assault.
