The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Excise Case No. 571 of 2017, arising out of Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. The accusation levelled against the petitioner is with regard to recovery of two cartoons of foreign liquor from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.04.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28973 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judgecum- Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G.O.
