ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2015 in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.153 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail has been renewed by the petitioner taking into consideration the fact that since the date of order one more year has elapsed and that the death of the father of the informant had occurred, as submitted, due to the cumulative effect of the assault by several persons, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
