It appears that some dispute took place over fishing rights in a pond. The petitioners and several others are alleged to have taken out 15 quintals of fish from the said pond.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that a compromise has been effected between the parties and the informant does not wish to prosecute the petitioners and other accused persons any further. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, which is absolutely general and omnibus against many accused persons, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar (Mofasil) P.S. Case No. 74 of
