Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 507 of 2016 registered under Sections 386, 420, 406, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant had taken a loan from Tata Capital Finance Services Ltd, however he defaulted in making payment. His loan was reprocessed. The dispute is purely civil in nature. Petitioner is merely the State Head of aforesaid Tata Capital. Informant has deliberately given it a colour of criminal case. Petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 507 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
