Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 452, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended on the spot while attempting to molest the wife of the informant Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion on account of previous enmity. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.10.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13250 of 2022(2) dt.10-05-2022 2/2 prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj PS case No.322/2021.
