JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a petition bearing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83858 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 6.1.2020.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous No. 83858 of 2019 to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects within a period of four weeks from today, as also depositing a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
