JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 10.10.2017 seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S.Case No. 588 of 2017 registered under Sections 372 and 373 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 9 and 11 of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act. Allegation in brief is that this petitioner and other persuaded the informant's father to get his daughter married, aged about 15 years, with a boy from Rajasthan. While marriage was being performed in the temple, police came and apprehended. Submission is that only allegation against the petitioner is that he asked the informant's father to get her married but the marriage was performed by her father in a temple and petitioner is stranger to the family and he has no criminal antecedent.
