The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with B.P. No. 1988 of 2017 arising out of Kurhani P.S. Case No 206 of 2016 registered for offences alleged under Sections 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he had misappropriated a sum of Rs. 28, 106/- of the postal department. It is submitted that the petitioner had deposited the entire amount and there is no dues against him, therefore, for purpose of bail, the same may be considered by this Court.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

IIIrd (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No 206 of 2016 subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C.
