Petitioner in this writ petition seeks direction for payment of death-cum-retiral dues of the father of the petitioner, who was 4th grade employee posted in the office of respondent no.3.

A detailed counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.3 stating that the entire retiral dues admissible

Patna High Court CWJC No.5129 of 2019(4) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 to the father of the petitioner have already been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner has got no grievance.

Having considered the facts that the entire death-cumretiral dues of the father of the petitioner have already been paid to the petitioner after death of the father of the petitioner, this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.
