JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for making payment to the extent of half share of the total amount of retiral benefits of late Dharam Das Chaurasia, who retired on 01.02.1986, while posted as Sanitary-cum-Food Inspector, Gopalpur Block, District-Bhagalpur, on the ground that she is the second wife of the petitioner, although her marriage is stated to have been solemnized during the lifetime of the first wife i.e. the private respondent no. 7, but it has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has died

Patna High Court CWJC No.2899 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 during the pendency of the present writ petition, hence, liberty is sought for on behalf of the legal heirs of the petitioner to agitate their subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
