The petitioner has filed the present writ application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner forthwith from the father's column of Prakash Kumar from Aadhar Card No. 5528 2616 4849. The petitioner has further prayed for holding an inquiry as to under whose instance the name of the petitioner was recorded in the father's column of said Prakash Kumar in Aadhar Card No. 5528 2616 4849.

Considering the grievance raised in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation/application before the respondent no. 6 (The Deputy Director, UIDAI, 4th Lalit Bhawan, J.L. Nehru Marg, Patna, Bihar) within a period of 30 days from today and after hearing all the concerned parties, necessary order be passed by the competent authority within a period of four months from the
