The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 224/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the reading of the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and the medical examination and also the age assessment, it appears that the victim who is a major has willingly accompanied the petitioner and after staying with him at different places, she has come back. Though, in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., she has tried to give it a colour of abduction, but during the entire period of her disappearance, she did not raise any hulla that she was being

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Lalganj P.S.
