The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.11.2018. He further submits that allegation of firing is against Ganesh Yadav in which informant sustained injury and the firing made by the petitioner and others did not cause any injury to the informant.

Considering the fact that firing made by the petitioner and others did not cause any injury to the informant and

No.19368 of 2019(3) dt.29-05-2019 2/2 petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018.
