JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Koransarai P.S. Case No. 74 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-406, 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Sri Sudhanshu Tiwary, who entered into an agreement with the informant and paragraph-15 of the agreement says that he was responsible for making payment of the party.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the

No.8580 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Koransarai P.S.
