Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2017 in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, G.R. No. 166 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier this application was heard and it was observed that prayer for bail of this petitioner shall be considered after framing of charge. Now, charges have been framed in this case and a supplementary affidavit to that effect has been filed. Therefore, the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, may be enlarged on regular bail.

No.28332 of 2017 (4) dt.15-09-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 03 of 2017, G.R. No. 166 of 2017.
