2. This Criminal Revision Application is being filed for reducing/deducing the quantum of maintenance allowance granted to the O.P. No. 2 and further for payment of maintenance from the date of Order dated 27.05.2017, instead of from the date of filing of the case, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheikhpura in Maintenance Case No.22 М/2014 by which the learned Court below has allowed the maintenance allowance to the O.P. No.2, a sum of Rs. 4,000/- per month from the date of filing of the petition (i.e. 17.11.2014) and the petitioner is also directed to pay arrears of the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.252 of 2019(5) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 maintenance amount in 24 equal monthly installments from the said Order and the petitioner is further directed to pay the aforesaid maintenance amount along with monthly installment of arrears by 10th of each successive month.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to point out any illegality in the impugned order.

4. The maintenance amount is Rs. 4000/- per month which in the opinion of this Court is very less.
