Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Neither anyting has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor has petitioner been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 10.11.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21229 of 2017 (3) dt.28-06-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 571 of 2016.
