1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, who is father of the deceased. It is next submitted that the petitioners are brother-in-law (Nandoshi) and sister-in-law (Nanad) of the deceased. It is further submitted that the deceased was married to the brother of the petitioner no.2 and she died a natural death.

It is thus submitted that had the accused persons and the petitioners would have been involved in the occurrence then definitely attempt would have been made to conceal and dispose of the dead body and body would not have been sent for postmortem. It is next submitted that whenever any dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, the entire family members are implicated in a mechanical manner with general, omnibus and ornamental allegation. It is next submitted that even the informant is not an eyewitness to the occurrence rather based on suspicion implicated the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners will not abscond rather will co-operate in the investigation.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like
