JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation in the F.I.R, It is a case of assault between the parties. Both the parties are own gotiya. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the bail prayer of the petitioners.
