2. The petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.10673 of 2023 on 24.06.2023 and one of the conditions of the bail order reads as follows:- And further condition that the court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in case at any stage it is found that the petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedent, the court below shall take step for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. However, the acceptance of bail bonds in terms of the above-mentioned order shall not be delayed for purpose of or in the name of verification.

3. It has come to the notice of the Court that the petitioner was accused in another case which was not mentioned before this Court and therefore, the Court below has cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner.

4. I find no illegality in the impugned order, therefore, this application is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail.
