2. With the consent of the parties the present writ application is disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application the petitioners have prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

2/4 "(i) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction to restrain the respondent from pressurizing of passing out of Bridge" course of six months and also restrain the annexure 2 and 3 of letter no. 3231 dated 27.08.2025 when ever these petitioners have already completed B.Ed, and taken part in exam of Bridge course.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction to either passed out to these petitioners on average marking in completion of one subject "Bridge" Course which is remaining. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction for promotion and monetary benefits of these petitioners, in calculation with service period as B.Ed trained teachers because the respondents never initiate second supplementary ог main exam of Bridge course till the date whenever NIOS has completed his D.El.Ed Course exam and also has taken his supplementary exam and all of its candidates have eligibled for such promotion.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to respondents for such all the benefits of gap of 8 years may be given as in Promotion with such monetary benefit also and in the light of the direction of this Hon'ble Court benefits may be given to such teachers as a trained teachers from the date of Joining.

(v) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction to respondents as required at the time of hearing and other reliefs as sought of Judicature."

4. After advancing some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this writ application may be disposed of in terms of order dated 29.08.2025 passed in CWJC No.13633 of 2025, which has been brought on record by of

3/4 Annexure-P/5. In terms of the said order, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to file individual representations before the Director, Primary Education for the grant of the aforesaid relief and further prays that an appropriate direction be issued to the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar to dispose of the individual representations, which would be filed by the petitioners, within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing for respondents-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of in terms of order dated 29.08.2025 passed in CWJC No.13633 of 2025 and liberty is granted to the petitioners to file individual representations before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar (respondent no.3) within one month from today. If such representations are filed by the petitioners, the same shall be disposed of within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the representations, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the

4/4 petitioners.

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the Director, Primary Education should be a reasoned and speaking order. It is further made clear that in case the petitioners are found entitled to the relief, which the petitioners would be claiming through the individual representations, the same should be extended to the petitioners within a further period of three months from the date of passing of the final order by the Director, Primary Education.
