JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner appears to be right in his submission that the First Information Report has been instituted against the petitioner only for the reasons that he did not deposit his share of the amount to compensate loss caused to the State Food Corporation. No specific allegation has been made in the First Information Report attributing petitioner's role in commission of the offence, if any. In view of the submissions as above, let petitioner above

Case No. 181 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
