This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
There is allegation of physical relation with the informant for last seven years by inducing her that the petitioner would marry with her.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is still ready to marry and the informant is also willing to marry with the petitioner, but, family members are hindrance.
Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila Police Station Madhepura Case No. 35 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, or successor Court.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29160 of 2017 (2) dt.04-07-2017 2/2 The Court below shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner after assuring that both have married subsequently. If the informant would go back, in that event also bail bond of the petitioner shall be confirmed.
