The petitioner has been in custody since 28.01.2018 in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419/420/467/471/379/401/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the petitioner rather a false and fabricated case has been made against him and the seizure-list does not indicate his signature. It is further submitted that even the ATM card which is alleged to have been exchanged by the petitioner belongs to some other persons as is evident from the seizure-list. The seizurelist does not bear the signature. Further, it is highly improbable that the petitioner being a by-stander would be aware of the PIN Number of the informant's A.T.M. card so as to withdraw money. In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.25134 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has already been in custody and that the seizure-list is itself wholly vague and non-descriptive, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with L.N.M.U. (University) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2018.
