JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 30.9.2017, seeks bail in Supaul PS Case No. 574 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 461, 411 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that eleven aluminum stand of the tent of the Fire Brigade's Office was recovered from the possession of the petitioner while committing theft in the office. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.9.2017 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sonu Kumar @ Sonu @ Makaiyya Sah @ Makaiyya is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Supaul in connection with Supaul PS Case No. 574 of 2017 subject to verification of his criminal antecedent and if any criminal antecedent is found he shall not be released, Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
