The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the petitioners have been made accused in the case merely on the basis of suspicion and there is no material available in the case diary against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioners
