The Petitioner seeks bail in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has come only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It has been further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and uptil now no Test Identification Parade has been conducted. One of the co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 22.06.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous NO. 26602 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since, 28.01.2017, and has got

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., 1st Class, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
