The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No.71 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) (d), 32(2), 36, 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Since the petitioner has got three more criminal cases of identical nature under the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on anticipatory bail. Hence, his prayer is refused.
