JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 08-11-2016 The petitioner has invoked the writ jurisdiction of this Court to attach Rauniya Panchayat villages from Mahkar Police Station to Khijarsarai Police Station.

The question as to whether the villages have to be attached to one Police Station or the other is a purely administrative decision. We do not find that any direction can be issued to attach Rauniya Panchayat villages from Mahkar Police Station to Khijarsarai Police Station.
