The question as to whether the villages have to be attached to one Police Station or the other is a purely administrative decision. We do not find that any direction can be issued to attach Rauniya Panchayat villages from Mahkar Police Station to Khijarsarai Police Station.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4594 of 2016 dt.08-11-2016 2/2 For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner may approach the executive authority who shall decide the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law.
