The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S.Case No. 342 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A and other allied offences of the penal code. The matter was referred for mediation before the Patna High Court Mediation and Concilliation Centre and from perusal of the report of learned Mediator dated 18.09.2019 and memorandum of agreement dated 18.09.2019, it appears that both parties have settled their dispute mutually and amicably. In view of the above and taking into consideration the

No.13378 of 2019(6) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 fact that both parties have entered into memorandum of agreement, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S.Case No. 342 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that petitioners will abide by terms and conditions of the memorandum of agreement dated 18.09.2019.
