The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 352, 380 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed the complaint petition in the court on 25.11.2014. The occurrence took place on 10.11.2014. There is an inordinate delay in filing the complaint case, on the basis of which, the present F.I.R. was lodged. The complainant is the daughter-in-law of own brother of the petitioner no. 1 and her husband, father-in-law and the petitioners are residing in the same house. The entire allegation is false and concocted. Some money was lying due and, on account of that, this false case has been lodged.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15206 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Maner P.S. Case No. 503/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
