2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 571 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner under conspiracy, got appointed as Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed, as Block Teacher, after investigation of all his educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23059 of 2024(7) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State and learned counsel for the Vigilance vehemently opposed the prayer for bail by contending that this petitioner got appointment on the basis of forged and fabricated documents. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of the accusation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
