JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 448, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of assault to the informant and others and the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a lady and no specific allegation has been attributed against her, though she has been named in the F.I.R. Further, she has no criminal antecedent.
