Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and other offences under Sections 324, 326, 307, 120(B) and Section 27 of the Arms Act, this Court, having found from the Case Diary and particularly in paragraph no.103 that the petitioner had also a role to pay as has been found from the call details of his mobile, would not find him entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Bablu Sah is hereby rejected. Nonetheless, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the same shall be
