The Petitioner seeks bail in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 794 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is no direct evidence against him to relate to this incident. Petitioner is in custody since, 28.12.2016. Some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 03.05.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 19515 of 2017 and 12.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16917 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24875 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 794 of 2016.
