The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. From a tempo one kilogram of Ganja was recovered and ten persons were found traveling on that vehicle. Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2017. Some other co-accuses similarly situated have either been allowed bail either by the learned Court-below or by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-2. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
