1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a) For issuance of order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and setting the order contained in Letter No. 208 dated 13.04.2022 passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Kursela, Katihar whereby the petitioner has been terminated from the service for the reason that her Education Qualification issued from the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi was not recognized and her removal from the service was without issuing any show-cause notice and without providing any opportunity of hearing and in violation of the principles of natural justice.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5954 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 b) For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to re-appoint the petitioner to the post of Anganwadi Sevika for the Centre Code-62, Patthar Tola, Ward No. 15, Dakshin Muradpur Panchyat, Kursela, Katihar in terms of the decision dated 24.01.2013 passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC NO. 153 of 2013 whereby the Hon'ble Court has held that the educational certificate issued by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Delhi are valid and recognized one."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
