This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub-Judge-1st, Muzaffarpur in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2016 whereby an order of attachment of property under Section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been issued against the petitioner.

In view of the availability of remedy of revision under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I am not inclined to entertain this application under extraordinary writ jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
