The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/323/307/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault for land dispute against the petitioner and others. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2015 mainly for the reason that the petitioner is accused in a case registered under the provisions of N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering the nature of allegation in this case, which is general and omnibus, and the period already undergone,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20526 of 2018 (2) dt.16-04-2018 P2/ let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.697 of 2015, arising out of Sugauli P.S. Case No.195 of 2010, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
