JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner-company has already filed a representation dated 4.7.2019 for the purposes of compensating the petitionercompany for running the factory for extra crushing days with effect from 20.4.2019 till 16.5.2019 during the season 2018-19, however, no action is being taken thereupon.

Having regard to the short grievances of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.4578 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Secretary, Sugarcane Industry Department, Government of Bihar, Patna and in case, such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

It is needless to state that before passing of the final orders, the learned Principal Secretary, Sugarcane Industry Department, Government of Bihar, Patna shall grant an opportunity of hearing to the authorized representative of the petitioner-company.

The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
