JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 427, 379/34, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The accusation is of resorting to fire, pelting stones, snatching gold chain worth Rs. 35,000/- and two motorcycles.
It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioners that in the background of political rivalry the accusation has been levelled. There is counter version of occurrence also and injury has been found superficial simple in nature. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 594 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
