Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.198 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 120(B), 504, 153(A) and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation of creating communal tension against the petitioner is general and omnibus and no specific overt act is alleged, petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2017 and similarly situated other co-accused were admitted to bail by this Court.
