JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R his name transpired in this case during the course of investigation. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case, which will appear from the fact that he was not named in the F.I.R, however, he has been named by the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Further petitioner has been in judicial custody since 15.12.2016.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.
