Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act and Sections 20,22,27 of N.D.P.S. Act.

From the house of co-accused Kaushal Patel, firearm etc were recovered. The petitioner and others were arrested from the same place. However, nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15917 of 2018 (2) dt.21-03-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.02 of 2018 arising out of Bhabua P.S.Case No.111 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
