Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.112 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner and the informant are full brothers, there is property dispute between the two, there is allegation of giving one khanti blow over the head of the informant but there is no such corresponding injury, another injury attributed to the petitioner is on the hand and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Ram Kumar @ Ram Kumar Mahto is directed to be

No.17033 of 2018(2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S.
