The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018 dated 26.05.2018 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The present bail application is rejected as there has been recovery of liquor from the Banana field after his name was mentioned by the co-accused from whom the illicit liquor was recovered, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
