It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the order dated 1.2.2018 out of five petitioners names of only two petitioners have been mentioned and other three have been left out.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 1.2.2018 stands modified to the extent that in the said order names of petitioners Nos. 3, 4 and 5, namely, Niraj Pandey, Shakuntala Devi and Mamta Ojha @ Mamta Devi should also be read in the array of petitioners.
